Wonder Woman Character Traits

Wonder Woman is a compassionate caring, stubborn, opinionated, highly competitive, outgoing, immortal Amazon. In addition to having super strength, she can talk to animals and in any language.

Wonder Woman was created by William Moulton Marston and Elizabeth Holloway Marston, a couple of psychologists with radical ideas for their contemporaries about feminism and with an obsession with the psychological treatment of lies, submission and the chains of slavery. In her first appearance, Diana subverted gender roles by rescuing pilot Steve Trevor from drowning.

Wonder Woman was more than just a character, she was an icon. It's something that the best Wonder Woman stories have always been characterized by, and something that most authors have always kept in mind. And despite starring in one, in the best of cases, a correct seventies series that forgot the Greco-Latin roots of the character, or certain specific stages that reduced her to an American fashion icon between kitsch and directly ugly, Diana falls into that category of larger-than-life characters for whom a message can never be fully dissociated from the character.

She is a warrior princess of the Amazons, a fictional town based on the Amazons of Greek mythology.

She is gifted with a wide range of superhuman powers and superior battle combat abilities, thanks to her gifts obtained from the gods and her extensive training. She possesses a large arsenal of weapons, including among the main ones the Lasso of Truth, a pair of indestructible magical bracelets, her tiara, which serves as a weapon, and in some accounts, in the golden age, she had an invisible plane. But later, he was shown with the ability to fly more and more frequently.
